How many days in advance can I make a booking?Bookings can be made on our website online form between 1 day to 7 days before the rental delivery date.We will ask to re-submit the inquiry if you haven’t read this information.
- We don’t accept phone-call reservation
- Based in BALI only. Operating hours: 9am to 5pm WITA/GMT +8.
DO NOT request the time is out of operating hours as there will be penalty charge 50,000 IDR/hour for one float. - Door-to-Door service: we inflate & deflate the floatie(s) at the customer’s place with electric pump
- Our covered areas and Delivery & Pickup charge :
Areas Delivery & Pickup Seminyak (till Jalan Nakula area), Kerobokan, Umalas,

- We don’t accept self collection & pickup/drop system.
- We can only accept villas or hotels that have a private pool.
- 1 day rent = 24 hours. Maximum rental is up to 6 days. We suggest you to purchase instead if it’s over 6 days.
- For our Swan and Flamingo designs, we ask guests not to kick/grab/pull hard on the wings as this may cause damage to the float. We do not recommend them for large pool parties.
- Make sure you have checked the pool size if you would like to rent more floaties
- Delivery process: We will pump the float at your place and check together before we leave it to customer.
- Note: Extra charge 50.000 IDR/item applies if you would like us to pump other floaties which are not ours.
- Pick up process: Keep the float in inflated condition. Let us deflate the float by ourselves in order to check the float’s condition quickly and return the deposit at the time.
There will be penalty charge 50,000 IDR/item if you deflate by yourself without our consent.
- We require security deposit during rental, and we’ll refund it back once we check the float has no any damages.

- Pemilihan float utk tipe floaties yang memiliki bagian sayap, kami sarankan tidak tarik/tendang bagian tersebut. Karena bisa kemgknan resiko robek dari badan jika di pakai secara kasar.
- Cek terlebih dahulu besar kolam di akomodasi jika ingin sewa beberapa floaties.
- Pengantaran: Kami akan pompa di tempat penginapan utk cek kondisi floatie sebelum sewa. Setelah di cek pas pompa tidak ada masalah, seterusnya tanggung jawab customer utk menjaga floatie kami sampai di kembalikan.
- Note: Ada cas tambahan jika ingin request untuk pompa floaties yang bukan milik kami.
- Pengambilan: Mohon di kembalikan dalam keadaan kembang supaya bisa kami cek kondisi floatie dengan cepat. Di anjurkan untuk kabarin jam pick up sehari sebelum nya.
- Jaminan Deposit akan di kembalikan full setelah di cek keadaan Floatie dalam kondisi tidak ada kerusakan
- Pembayaran: Kami akan kirim rincian pembayaran lewat EMAIL untuk konfirmasi booking sewa.

- If you are using the pool float on hotel public swimming pool, please kindly ask for permission first from their side. Maximum rent = 1 day as we don’t leave the pump tool to you.

- Jika ingin memakai floaties di kolam renang publik hotel, mohon konfirmasi apa di perbolehkan utk memakai giant floaties. Penyewaan tersedia 1 hari untuk hotel kolam publik dan tidak bisa lebih dari itu karena alat pompa tidak akan kami tinggalkan.
- Jaminan Deposit akan di kembalikan full setelah di cek keadaan Floatie dalam kondisi tidak ada kerusakan
- Pembayaran: Kami akan kirim rincian pembayaran lewat EMAIL untuk konfirmasi booking sewa.
